01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 7v7v platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 7v7v. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 7v7v platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by 7v7v, including but not limited to the website at 7v7v.app, the 7v7v mobile app, all games available on the platform, and all payment and account management features. Using any part of the 7v7v platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the 7v7v platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 7v7v or any of its affiliated game providers.

7v7v reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned minus any bonuses claimed.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 7v7v. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

When registering on 7v7v, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

7v7v operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a national ID card or passport — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time 7v7v deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All registration information must be accurate and truthful.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You must notify 7v7v immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 7v7v will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

7v7v supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT and there are no currency conversion fees applied by 7v7v.

Deposits are typically credited to your 7v7v account instantly after confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 7v7v does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one hour during normal operating hours. 7v7v reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification at 7v7v's discretion.
• 7v7v does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited on 7v7v may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform.
• 7v7v reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud or a breach of these terms is suspected.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

7v7v offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds where applicable. The specific terms for each promotion are published alongside the promotion itself.

Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. If you attempt to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.

• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• 7v7v reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• 7v7v's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

06 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on 7v7v use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently verified by the respective game providers and ensures that every game result is genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including 7v7v itself.

Each game on 7v7v has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. 7v7v is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be declared void and any bets placed during that round will be refunded. 7v7v's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the review process described in the FAQ.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7v7v platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 7v7v.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Attempting to launder money or use 7v7v for any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7v7v staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

7v7v employs fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour will be reviewed and may be suspended pending investigation. During a suspension, access to funds may be restricted until the investigation is complete.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

7v7v reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory authority.
• The player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks are completed. Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play may be forfeited upon closure.

You may also close your own 7v7v account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

09 Responsible Gaming

7v7v is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered players on 7v7v:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 7v7v platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the 7v7v platform without prior written permission from 7v7v.

The 7v7v name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 7v7v. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7v7v shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

7v7v's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7v7v does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

13 Changes to These Terms

7v7v reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
